Experience
I have been working as an English Teacher, Private Tutor, Learning Assistant and Writing Mentor for 12 years now. As I have worked with a wonderfully diverse range of students, with differing abilities, I have become adept at tailor-making each session to suit the needs of the individual. I tutor in English for all academic ages. I Teach English as a Foreign Language - at all levels. I tutor SEN students of all ages to help develop learning skills. I tutor in Creative Writing, to Degree Level. I work with children as young as 4 and have no upper age limit. I am experienced in teaching Adults as well as Children and Teenagers. Having worked within the education sector for over a decade, I am familiar and comfortable with the national curriculum and schooling environment. This enables me to ensure that school-age students are able to advance academically in a manner which best accommodates their learning needs, using personalized, interactive and responsive methods of teaching.
