Education

I graduated from the International Academy Amman (IAA), class of 2016. I then completed a bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Nottingham, achieving a second class, division one. I enrolled in various Psychology-related modules, which are: Developmental Psychology, Social Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Forensic and Mental Health, Understanding Developmental Disorders, Psychology of Ageing, Psychological Approaches to Therapy, Cognitive Psychology, and Neuropsychology of Action: The Body in the Brain.

Experience

My teaching experience spans across different geographies and different skill sets. During my university years in the U.K., I volunteered with the Student Action for Refugees (STAR) community, where I taught refugees from different ethnic groups English speaking and writing skills. Upon completing my university degree, where I primarily focused on psychology and mental health, I worked in Jordan at Al-Masar Child Development Services as a Special Education teacher covering basic level English and Maths, while simultaneously tutoring students with learning difficulties at I Learn.
